I have used the nu brilliance machine about 8 times.I got prepared for a treatment this week, and started the machine, as directed by the manufacturer, as always, but the power is not there any longer.

I was told there was only a 30 day money back guarantee. For something this expensive I would hope this company would stand by their product a bit longer. Very very disappointed. Will pass this along to others.

DON'T PURCHASE THIS MACHINE. YOU WILL BE SORRY !!!

I regret buying this cheap piece of equipment. You truly do get what you pay for.

Review about: Nu Brillance.

I've had mine for over a year. I used off and on. It recently lost suction. I don't know if I'm SOL or if I should contact the company.

Point of this post: Yes, this machine loses suction pretty quickly.

I paid $250 for it! That's a lot of money for this machine to have suck a short life.

Other than the machine breaking down. It works pretty good. Awesome results.

I purchsed the machine and within 6 months, the suction went away.I called the company and they said send it back and we will replace; thought all the problems were resolved.

The new machine was working and then 6 months later, same thing happened. WHen I called , they said nothing we can do. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to let me.

I demanded to speak to someone, they said Ok took my number and 1 month later still have not heard from them.Friendly staff, my behind; they were rude!

I experienced the same thing with the device losing suction. What I did to completely fix it was to wrap plumber's teflon tape around the edge of the seal between the replaceable tip and the wand.

The teflon tape is removable without any tackiness like tape. I assume you could use tape.

While it is a bummer to have to do this, it at least gets the thing working properly!!I am satisfied otherwise!

I was also dissapointed since it worked so great the first few times. Then loss suction!!!

So I opened it up & somehow figured out the black tubing is the issue causing the low suction!!

So I bent and taped it and yay suction is back!!

Try & tell me if it works 4 u!!

I called the company, again, and spoke with another c.s.rep.

and she suggested I box up the machine, send it back and they would make this right, sine it had not yet been a year since the intitial purchase date. I did this and within a month I was shipped and received a brand new machine. I thought that was acceptable, and I am pleased with this at this time. I have not yet used the new machine but at least they are trying to do what is right.

If this one does the same thing I will post the issue, otherwise I am happy with their response, the second time I called. I learned to ask for someone else if you don't feel you are being taken care of fairly. It paid off for me.

Thank you...No longer pissed consumer.
